Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and packaging. However, in the event that you would like to return your merchandise, please be sure to follow our instructions below.

All returns must be pre-approved. Please email us at for return approval.

We accept returns within 30 days of the receipt. You may exchange or return merchandise for company credit only. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Proof of purchase (copy of the original invoice) is required and the item must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. Sealed Swarovski® packages that have been opened cannot be returned, so please check the schematic on front of package for article identification. All returned items must be shipped in a secure box to protect from shipping damage.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned merchandise. We do not refund return shipping charges, unless we made an error. Mail your returned merchandise to:
